About

Hi there!

Welcome to my little yogi corner of the internet 🙂

I’m Liv and I go by many titles…

Wife, dog-mummy to my gorgeous Border Collie Wesley, mummy-to-be (my wife is currently pregnant with our first baby), auntie, yoga teacher & CEO.

I’m guessing, as a busy woman in your 30s, you’re carrying quite a few titles yourself too.

And somewhere between all of those roles… it’s easy to lose connection with you.

That’s really why I created this space. To bring you back to yourself. To help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive, not stressful — wherever you are on your fertility journey and path to motherhood.

The more I studied feminine yoga, the more I realised how little support there is for women — and for the incredible things our bodies move through.

From periods… to fertility… to pregnancy… to postpartum.

And so often, we’re expected to just “deal with it.”
Push through the cramps.
Carry on through the uncertainty, the waiting, the grief.
Hold it all together and keep going… because “that’s just what we do.”

But I don’t believe it has to feel that way.

I’m on a mission to change that.

Because when you understand your body — when you start to work with your cycle instead of against it — everything begins to shift.

Your energy makes more sense.
Your emotions feel less overwhelming.
Your body starts to feel like a place you can trust again.

And this is where my yoga comes in.

Not the kind that pushes you harder or asks you to keep up.
But the kind that meets you exactly where you are.

The kind that supports your hormones, calms your nervous system, and helps you feel held — especially in the moments that feel uncertain or heavy.

For so many of the women I work with, this becomes the missing piece.

The thing that helps them stop second-guessing.
The thing that helps them feel more in control, more connected, more themselves again.

Whether you’re navigating painful periods, trying to conceive, pregnant, or moving through postpartum — you don’t have to do it disconnected from your body.

You deserve support that actually feels good.
You deserve to slow down.
You deserve to feel at home in yourself again.

So think of this space as your little exhale.

A place for cosy practices, gentle guidance, and real conversations — probably with a coffee in hand (because there’s almost always one in mine ☕️).

I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍
